FIT is a class which practices “moves for life” – balance, coordination and strength combined into each move so that we train and strengthen our ability to move through space and engage in daily life with grace and confidence. It is the hottest training on the market now and we use minimal equipment…no big weights or power moves! Class is on Thursdays at 10 am (60 minutes). With FIT, each week is different, so that we practice many moves on many planes. Classes are $15 each (drop –in) or purchase an 8-class card for $104. Come join the fun!
